The pans arrived chipped and cracked at the edges. If it was the fault of the product or the sender (probably both) I can not say, but I am afraid to use them if the coating chips off the food. Did we really had this experience?

This stove has worked great at first, but in a few months completely lost stickness nonprofit. I wash by hand only with mild detergent. It has never been in an oven or dishwasher and I only use it for breakfast foods (eggs, bacon). Eggs stick to the whole pan and the bacon (in all its goodness greesy will not come up). It goes in the trash as soon as I find a replacement.

Cuisinart typical quality with an outstanding "non-stick" surface. Time will tell how long this surface. First month shows no breakdown and if it stays like this we'll probably buy larger units.

I uded a number of non-stick pans in my years of cooking and they all eventually flake off and become useless. This is different. You can see the first time you use it. I like the fact that it is greener and more sustainable. I am very glad I bought at that time at that price. I'm sure I'll add more sizes to my kitchen arsenal.

I have only had this stove for a few moments, but so far so good. Stick is great and seems to be well done. Do not really care about the handle as the pan seems a little unbalanced, but not too bad.
