Many are saying that this just might be the biggest scandal of the decade and it already has that “gate” paradigm wrapped around its neck. I am talking about the global warming myth that has been promoted by the ultra left and other special interests who have gained financially by pushing global warming hysteria. Does the name Al Gore ring a bell?
As James Dellingpole wrote, “If you own any shares in alternative energy companies I should start dumping them NOW. The conspiracy behind the Anthropogenic Global Warming myth has been suddenly, brutally and quite deliciously exposed after a hacker broke into the computers at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit and released 61 mega-bites of confidential files onto the internet.
Ahh, those damnable emails! 
As Andrew Bolt puts it, this scandal could well be “the greatest in modern science”. The general tone of the emails is one of conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organized resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more. Need we say more?
One of the alleged emails has a gentle gloat over the death in 2004 of John L Daly (one of the first climate change sceptics, founder of the Still Waiting For Greenhouse site), commenting, “In an odd way this is cheering news. ” It reaks of maliciousness when the death of someone who is speaking the truth is cheered by thos who are pushing an agenda that is false. But in the soceity that we, mankind, has produced, is anyone really shocked that men would lie to promote their own personal agendas?
